Terms and Conditions for Hunterluxxe Consignment

These terms and conditions govern the consignment, sale, and purchase of luxury goods through our service. By using our consignment service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Consignment Terms

• Consignee must own the items you wish to consign and have the legal right to sell them.

• We only accept items that meet our luxury criteria, which include authenticity, quality, and condition.

• Prices are determined by Hunterluxxe based on market value, item condition, and demand. Consignors will be consulted before final pricing is set.

• Hunterluxxe retains a commission of 9% of the final sale price. This commission covers comprehensive services including the grooming and maintenance of the bag to ensure it is presented in the best possible condition. Additionally, our commission includes both pick-up and delivery services for the bag, providing a seamless and convenient experience for our consignors.

• All items must be authentic. Consignors are responsible for ensuring the authenticity of their items. Hunterluxxe will conduct a verification process, and items found to be counterfeit will be rejected or destroyed.

• Items that do not sell within the initially agreed-upon period have two options. First, they may be returned to the consignor. Alternatively, consignors may choose to extend the consignment period for an additional month. During this extension, we recommend considering a reduced price to enhance the likelihood of a sale. This reduction aims to increase the item's attractiveness to potential buyers, potentially facilitating a quicker sale.

• Payments to consignors will be issued on the same day once it is received and confirmed in our account.

• Payments will be made via PayNow, PayLah, bank transfer.

• Hunterluxxe is not liable for damage or loss of items while in transit or under our possession, except where due to our negligence.

• Either party may terminate the consignment agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, all unsold items will be returned to the consignor with early termination cost of SGD 150.

• Any disputes related to these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore.

• These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time by Hunterluxxe, with notice to consignors.

• By consigning items with Hunterluxxe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
